These terms apply when you use calian.in or buy from CALIAN. By placing an order, you agree to them.
About us
calian.in is the online shop of CALIAN, a T-shirt label run by Jinto Thomas from Office 304/C, Kozhikode, Kerala 673603, India. You can reach us at info@calian.in or +91 90378 97501.
Products and prices
All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
We try to show colours accurately, but screens differ, so the colour of a tee may look slightly different in person. Measurements in our size guide can vary by about half an inch.
Prices and availability can change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you see the confirmation page and email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item turns out to be out of stock, if a price was clearly shown in error, or if we suspect fraud. If that happens, we tell you straight away.
Payment
Online payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. We don't store your card, UPI or bank details.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery, exchanges and returns are covered by our shipping and returns policy, and refunds by our refund policy. These form part of these terms.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
Reviews
Only customers who bought a product can review it. Reviews must be honest and respectful. We may decline or remove reviews that are offensive, unlawful or unrelated to the product.
Our designs and content
The CALIAN name and logo, our designs, photos and text belong to CALIAN. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying the products you order as described. We are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably foresee. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Kozhikode, Kerala.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
