Shipping and returns

We deliver CALIAN T-shirts to addresses across India. Here is how delivery, exchanges and returns work.

Delivery charge

Every order has one flat delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay. There are no other fees at delivery.

Dispatch and delivery times

  • We pack and dispatch orders within 3 working days of payment.

  • Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code. Remote areas can take longer.

  • When your order ships, we email you the courier name and tracking link.

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Record an unboxing video

Please record a video while you open your parcel, starting before the seal is broken and showing the items inside. We need this video for every exchange, return or damage claim, so keep it until you are happy with your order.

Exchanges for size

If a tee doesn't fit, you can ask to exchange it for another size of the same tee within 2 days of delivery, while stock lasts. Write to us with your order number, the size you need and your unboxing video.

Returns

You can ask to return an item for a refund within 2 days of delivery. Send your order number and unboxing video with the request. To be accepted, the item must be:

  • unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received it;

  • with its original tags and packaging.

For an exchange or return that isn't caused by our mistake, the return delivery is paid by you. We tell you the amount before you send anything back.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, has a print or stitching defect, or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and your unboxing video. We'll replace it or refund it in full, including delivery, and arrange the pickup at our cost. Without an unboxing video we may not be able to accept the claim.

How to start an exchange or return

  1. Within 2 days of delivery, write to info@calian.in or WhatsApp +91 90378 97501 with your order number and unboxing video.

  2. We confirm within 2 working days and share the pickup or return details.

  3. Once the item reaches us and passes a quick check, we send the new size or process your refund.
